  I have been a customer of Kia, going on 3 years. I lease my vehicles and have had nothing but the best service! I currently have a 2016 Kia Soul and had a 2014 Kia Soul previously. I love that car! They are very roomy, great on gas, turn on a dime, and have a nice ride. The service department and salesmen are all very helpful and friendly. Joe Porcaro was my salesman in 2014 and again this time. He is very accommodating, making sure I got what I wanted!I always go there for my car needs and servicing and will continue to do so! Thanks for an awesome Kia experience!

  The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the unnamed sales associate called the day after and apologized for his disrespectful behavior. Took him a day to figure things out I guess. Went in looking for something within a specific price range. He named a couple and one was a van. We asked what the model looked like and trying to be funny in a very not funny way he said it was like a box with wheels and a steering wheel. ... -_- We moved past that and settled on an SUV that was "right in our budget" and took a test drive. It drove well enough and we were happy with this vehicle despite not being sold on the salesman. Knowing taxes hadn't been figured in yet and without knowing the actual cost yet, we get back in and he comes back after making us wait far to long for a number that was WELL over what we requested. I'm talking thousands over without taxes figured in. He must have thought it was funny, we didn't and walked out. Just goes to show what having a good salesman can do after reading the other reviews who seemed to have gotten lucky with their salesman. We were not so lucky here unfortunately and took our business elsewhere as we made it clear we were out to buy that day.

  When I stopped into the Kia lot, I was just going to look and had no intention of buying a Kia...that all changed thanks to Jason Miller and the amazing features of the Kia Sorento...Jason was so patient while my husband and I each took turns test driving, and when we described what we were looking for, he helped us find options without being a stereotypical used car salesman- there was no pressure; he seemed genuinely concerned with finding the right car, not making a sale...I would definitely recommend Vision Kia to friends and family!

  I want to thank Jason Miller at Vision Kia of Canandaigua for the outstanding service he gave me when I was selecting my new car last weekend. I hadn't had a new car in a very long time so I had lots of questions to be answered. He was very informative and patient with me. I selected a Kia Sportage and I love it. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and talk to Jason about a getting a new car. Matter of fact, the entire staff seemed very nice. You won't be disappointed!!!
